The Medicines Control Agency (MCA) had the honour of receiving Her Excellency Ms. Imma Roca i Cortés, EU Ambassador to The Gambia, on a courtesy visit on the 28th of August 2025, as part of her familiarization tour to various institutions. The visit also served as a key stakeholder engagement for MCA.
In attendance were Mr. Essa Marenah, Executive Director of MCA, Board Member Mr. Babanding Sabally, and members of MCA’s Management. Discussions focused on strengthening collaboration with the European Union to ensure access to safe, efficacious, and quality medicines and related products for all Gambians.
