Charged under section 60 of the Medicines and Related Products Act, 2014, Mr. Dawda Sey, the accused, pleaded guilty to the charge after being mentioned before Magistrate I.O. Njie of the Brikama Magistrate Court on Wednesday, 27th August, 2025.
The case was later adjourned to Tuesday, 2nd September, 2025 for prosecution to narrate the facts of the case.
